Returns

All lampshades are handmade to order and as such we do not accept returns unless the lampshade is damaged or doesn't match the description. The selection of sizes is purely for ease of ordering and doesn't reflect sizes kept in stock.

Please check your measurements carefully. If you are unsure of which size or orientation you need or would like to order a fabric sample we are happy to help, please get in touch via the contact page.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (no later than 14 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right asap. Any return costs will be paid for by Purple Cats Handmade in the event of damage or a mistake made by us. Any refund due will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt.
