Returns

Please remember each lampshade is individually handcrafted to order, they are not kept in stock, so we ask that you check your measurements carefully. If you are unsure of which size or orientation you need or would like to order a fabric sample we are happy to help, please get in touch via the contact page.

If you would like to return your lampshade please make a request by contacting us within 14 days of receipt, this must be done prior to returning and once the request has been made you have a further 14 days to return your lampshade. Returns outside of these time frames and returns of custom made lampshades cannot be accepted.

Lampshades must be returned unused and in brand new condition, ideally in their original packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during transit and the condition it arrives in will affect the eligibility for a refund. Damaged lampshades will not be refunded. As such, due to the fragile nature of the lampshades, we recommend using a tracked and suitably insured service should a claim for any damage need to be made by the customer. The customer is responsible for return postage costs. If the returned lampshade qualifies for a refund this will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days of receipt.
